About Complete Landlord Solutions
Founded in 2014 by Jared Coley, Complete Landlord Solutions (CLS) opened its doors in a historic, yet dilapidated, downtown building in Terre Haute, Indiana with a small book of business. Mr. Coley began his real estate career in 2007 and quickly, due to market fluctuations during the “Big Collapse”, stepped into property management. This particular niche allowed him to make a living within a challenging local market landscape. After seven years of honing his craft with another brokerage firm, he took a leap of faith and launched his own property management company.
Within the confines of the old, decaying building, with only a few dollars in his pocket, Mr. Coley found himself as a one-man band. He sat behind a glass-topped desk, equipped with a laptop, printer, desk phone, and cell phone, ready to conduct business with anyone willing to step foot into the nearly haunted building. Mr. Coley established his enterprise not on looks, but rather the quality and integrity of the services provided. By fostering key relationships and providing superior customer service, CLS quickly emerged as the Wabash Valley’s property management powerhouse. It became the vendor of choice among consumers for property management needs and tenants seeking rental properties. Due to accumulating a proven track record and procuring excellent investor relations, Mr. Coley transformed his corporate headquarters from an eyesore into a vibrant player of the downtown revitalization initiative. In fact, his efforts were featured in the Terre Haute Living Magazine, which cited his diligent approach, leading to positive changes he sponsored within the community.
From that point forward, CLS grew steadily, acquiring about a hundred rental units per year and continued to provide top-notch service and support to all clients. As the company expanded, Mr. Coley brought on professionally driven team members to further transform the business model into a complete, “One stop solution to all of your property needs”. Meet the Team
Jared has over eighteen years of experience in property management, including hands-on property management, investor coaching, tenant relations, business development, employee nurturing, and construction/remodels, to name a few. His management philosophy is based upon a model of service, working hand in hand with his team members to better facilitate the needs of the clients he works with. He is dedicated to adding value for the clients and residents of the properties Complete Landlord Solutions manages. He has a unique and widely recognized talent for identifying opportunities that add incremental value for owners/tenants/cooperators and the ability to address weaknesses for clients.
Jared is an outdoorsman who enjoys climbing mountains out west, chasing screaming bull elk every September in the high country, camping in no man's land with bare essentials, fishing, hunting, boating, watersports, and motocross. Being outdoors brings him peace, especially in the mountains or on the beach with a fishing pole in hand.
Beyond his love for the outdoors, Jared's number one passion is being the ultimate caretaker and provider to his lovely wife, Emily, and their four children. Every moment with family is cherished, especially during nightly family dinners at home and weekly extended family dinners. He enjoys the challenge of coaching and mentoring his four boys, each being different and special in their ways. He and Emily enjoy short to extended getaways, walks on the beach, concerts, and convertible rides on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
Alisha is an accomplished manager who always offers professional experience and service beyond expectation. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. She has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from start-ups to clients with over 100 rental units. Alisha is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder, and a one of a kind team leader.
Beyond focusing on property management, Alisha is also the company's Operations Manager focusing on the day to day operations ensuring that CLS is running smoothly and efficiently every day. Originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, Alisha now resides in Clinton, Indiana. She is a proud mother to three boys who keep her on her toes 24/7, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. Alisha has been with Complete Landlord Solutions since 2019, starting as the Receptionist and working her way up to the Operations Manager position. Alisha takes great pride in her work, always striving to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
Multi Year Million Dollar producer Lauren Coons is a dependable, community focused Realtor and Property Manager for CLS. Lauren's perspective and expertise in our community's homes are well rounded, trustworthy, and seasoned. As a family person herself, raising three boys in this community, Laurens' primary concern is the consideration of her clients. She is genuine, strategic , and thoughtful when it comes to finding the perfect home for you and your family. If you are looking for a responsive agent or experienced property manager that is in the know of everything residential with a tenacious energy, eager to get things settled for you, Lauren's your girl!
Whitney is a highly organized and detailed oriented administrative assistant with over fifteen years of experience in supporting teams and customer service in fast paced environments. She excels at managing and coordinating schedules, is always ready for a project, and strives to provide efficient support ensuring smooth office operations. She is passionate about helping the CLS team stay organized and productive. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody and their two Boxer dogs. That time may be days on the lake, hiking trails, or traveling.
Lacey is a reliable and enthusiastic key team member with experience in reception and customer service areas. She is highly skilled in customer engagement, problem solving, and various software operations. Lacey is results-driven with solid administrative and financial management skills. She is a high-energy team player dedicated to maximizing customer loyalty with exceptional support who is well-organized in planning, problem-solving, and multitasking in fast-paced settings. Lacey handles the processing of all utility bills for Complete Landlord Solutions ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proper record keeping of the hundred of utility bills paid each month. Lacey is also the queen of office inventory and prides herself in making sure all team members have all the office supplies needed for the company to run smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Lacey is a proud wife and mother of three energetic boys who keep her busy and fill her heart daily. Her children are active in football and baseball, and as a family, they enjoy gardening and canning their harvest together each year. In her free time, Lacey loves hiking in the woods, going for walks, shopping, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She also has a passion for hairstyling and enjoys helping others. Lacey graduated from Sullivan High School and Vincennes Beauty College in 2010. Originally from Robinson, Illinois, she grew up in Sullivan, IN. In 2018, Lacey and her husband bought their first home, where they continue to build their lives and raise their family together.
Before joining the team at CLS, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and her Master of Education and Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from Indiana State University.
Emily started her career by working as a school psychologist in public and private schools for twelve years, serving children from preschool to twelfth grade. Emily also worked part-time at VIP Kinder College where she loved nurturing and instilling early learning skills in children. In 2025 Emily and her husband Jared, decided it was time that she join the incredible team at Complete Landlord Solutions where she could continue to help, support, and nurture those around her which is one of her many natural born talents.
Emily and her husband Jared have four boys, two cats, and a turtle. She loves dogs, though two of the most precious dogs, Brady and Hank, are now watching over us. Emily loves boating and participating in watersports in her free time, especially on Mill Creek and Kentucky Lake. A hidden talent that Emily doesn’t speak of often, is that she is amazing on a pair of water skis! She enjoys watching the children play baseball, and one partake in motocross. She cherishes family time, weekly Sunday dinner at her parents' home, where she grew up, long walks that bring her peace, and a good book on the beach.
Sam is an invaluable asset to our team, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise in maintenance, construction, and project management . Sam consistently ensures that all maintenance issues and projects are resolved promptly and efficiently, directly enhancing resident satisfaction. With exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail, Sam is essential in maintaining the high standards of our properties and the efficiency of our maintenance team.
Sam served in the United States Navy from 1982 to 1988 serving as a Machinist First Class and Lead Petty Officer in charge of two liquid oxygen/liquid nitrogen production plants which provided the oxygen and nitrogen for Navy Pilots to be able to breathe above 30,000’. While in the Navy, Sam rekindled the relationship with high school friend Dee, who he has now been happily married to for over forty years. Sam and Dee have two children who bring them great joy as well as two grandchildren. Sam’s hobbies include camping, cooking, and wood working in his spare time.
Jonathan is a highly capable Maintenance Technician with years of remarkable experience. Renowned for his strong work ethic and exceptional problem-solving capabilities, he seamlessly integrates dedication, efficiency, and multitasking in his role. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, he envisions a future characterized by ongoing growth and excellence in the maintenance field.
Jonathan lives in Terre Haute, Indiana where he and his wife, Jessica, are raising three boys. Jonathan's hobbies include the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and he is currently learning and experimenting with wine making.
