Typically, Complete Landlord Solutions signs a 12 month lease with all tenants. However, we are continually evaluating the current market conditions as well as the time of year. In some cases, we may offer a shorter or longer lease term that will allow the property to be in alignment with the prime renting season between March and October of each calendar year.

Complete Landlord Solutions manages a mix variety of single family, duplexes, triplex, quadplex, small multi family, large multi family, and commercial office space. No portfolio is too small nor too big for our team to handle. We have owners with just one property up to several owners with 100 plus units.

All Complete Landlord Solutions clients are given direct access to an online portal that provides a clear and up-to-date live feed view of the management of your property. From the portal, you will be able to view all lease documents, tenants ledgers, maintenance requests, financial reports, vendor receipts, property view, and much more! We will also email you a monthly report between the 1st and 5th of each month for the month prior.
