Can my tenants or myself reach you after hours?
At Complete Landlord Solutions we offer all tenants and owners direct access to an online portal that allows both to communicate directly to our team 24/7. In addition to the portal, we also have a 24/7, 365 day a year maintenance call center that is always there to answer your call! Especially when an emergency arises! -
Do you offer direct deposit owner payments?

How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically, Complete Landlord Solutions signs a 12 month lease with all tenants. However, we are continually evaluating the current market conditions as well as the time of year. In some cases, we may offer a shorter or longer lease term that will allow the property to be in alignment with the prime renting season between March and October of each calendar year. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Today! Complete Landlord Solutions onboarding process is quick and simple with most new properties signed, set up, and listed for rent on the same day. Time is money so we get moving very quickly. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Complete Landlord Solutions manages a mix variety of single family, duplexes, triplex, quadplex, small multi family, large multi family, and commercial office space. No portfolio is too small nor too big for our team to handle. We have owners with just one property up to several owners with 100 plus units. -
What type of reports do I receive?
All Complete Landlord Solutions clients are given direct access to an online portal that provides a clear and up-to-date live feed view of the management of your property. From the portal, you will be able to view all lease documents, tenants ledgers, maintenance requests, financial reports, vendor receipts, property view, and much more! We will also email you a monthly report between the 1st and 5th of each month for the month prior. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Complete Landlord Solutions holds all security deposits in our secure escrow account that provides nothing short of the level of security you need. This account is thoroughly reconciled every month to exact precision. -
